Water Supply Request Management in Odoo

Website Water Supply Request

This app allows you to manage water supply requests from your customer and visitor/guest from your website and manage it in the backend request in Odoo using your water supply team as shown in below screenshots.

• Customers / Visitors of a Website can send a water supply request from your website by filling out a form and submitting.
• Generation of unique number/id of a water supply request on submission and record it as a water supply request in the backend.
• Customers can check the status of all water supply requests submitted by them on My Account at the Portal side of your website.
• Allow the Water Supply Team to create and manage quotations and send them to your customers. From sales quotation to invoice and payment you will follow odoo standard workflow of sales and invoice module.
• Allow the Water Supply Team to Create a Work Order from the Water Supply Request and assign it to the Responsible User.
• Allow your manager to configure and manage Teams, Water Usage.
• Allow your manager to configure your own water supply request stages under configuration.
• Water Supply Request report in PDF format as shown in below screenshot.
• Water Supply Users and Water Supply Managers can communicate with customers using the open chatter of Odoo.
• The Water Supply Request Manager can close requests and send bills to customers (Odoo standard invoice and payment process). Feedback requests will be sent to customers by email when the manager closes the request.
• Customers can give feedback and rating of Water Supply Requests by clicking on a button in email which will open a link to your website.
• Allow you to manage your Water Supply Request using an assignment to the Team.

Role of Customer / Guest / Public User

• They can create water supply requests from your websites using form.
• Customers after logged in can view submitted Requests in My Account Portal of your website.



Role of Water Supply Manager

• Manager can Assign Requests to Water Supply Users.
• Manager can create a Sale Quotation, Appointment and Create Workorder from the water request.
• Print Pdf Report of Water Supply Request.
• Manager can close the Water Supply Request at the end of the Water Supply Request.

Role of Water Supply Officer / User

• Water Supply Users can see and manage Water Supply Requests assigned by the Water Supply Manager.
• Water Supply Users can Create Work Orders and Work on Work Order or assign it to other responsible.
• Water Supply Users can communicate with Customers using open chatter.
