Website Property Lease/Tenant Management
Only for Odoo Community Edition.
This module allows visitors of your website and your customers to get information about property (Office, home, warehouse, etc) online from Odoo website shop and allows them to send you inquiry of property they would like to lease.
This App is Only for the Community Version of Odoo. For Enterprise Version you Can Click on : https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/15.0/property_rental_tenant_management_enterprise/
Main Features:
- Visitor/Customer visit your website and search for product/property which you want to lease for a certain period.
- Visitor/Customer can view details of property on product shop page and also use view details button which will give detailed information about property/home/office.
- Visitor/Customer can send online requests which will create a CRM Lead / Pipeline in the backend.
- Sales teams can check all leads during the day and reply to visitors/customers about details they need and communicate with them using open chatter at the bottom of the lead/pipeline form.
- Sales team can fill in some more information on the lead form like tenant and owner details.
- Sales team can arrange meetings with visitors/customers and show site location physically and give more information.
- Then the Sales team can submit quotes to customers. (On quote form sales team has to fill d-etails of tenant and owner manually again).
- On confirmation of the quote system will create a contract/agreement (Using module contract_recurring_invoice_analytic).
- On confirmation of quote it will also book that product/property for that period selected on quote as start date and date date so this property will not be available for future visitors/customers until it will be unserved in future after completing/closing agreement. (Add to cart button will be hidden in webshop.). System will also consider cancelling sales order flow in that case it will make available that property and unreserved it for new customers.
- Every month/period system can create an invoice/receipt to the tenant to pay rent. (Using module contract_recurring_invoice_analytic).
- Miscellaneous: You can create property types, set property location, customer/visitor can view property location in google map in website, visitor/customer can download documents for property in website.
- System keeps a record of the rental history of every property.
- System can allow you to print agreements with tenant and owner details.

Login With Sales Manager - Create Product Attribute [Odoo Standard]
Add the Property/Product Attributes by Sales Manager.
Product Kanban View [Odoo Standard]
Configure the Product Variants on Property/Product [Odoo Standard]
Select the Property Attributes and it's Variants.
Add Property Details
Add the Property Location or Address and it's Property Type for easily found by customer/visitor.
Add Attachments/Documents on Product Form [Odoo Standard]
Add Attachments which will be Downloaded by customer/visitor from Website.
It can include Property T & C. Files, Other documents which can allow customers to get more information of property, and / or Images, etc.
Add Details Description of Property on Variant Form [Odoo Standard]
Add Details Description of Property which will be Visible on View Details button on Website. Property Description: It is a dynamic list so you can have your own description list by different kinds of features/facilities you are providing on that property.
Add Owner Details on Product/Property Form
Login With Customer in Website Shop page
Customer can View Location in Google Map on Shop
Get Inquiry and Get Details/Information of the Property
Get Information Pop up Window
Get Details/Information by the customer/visitor for Property from the Pop up Window.
Get Inquiry Pop up Window
Get Inquiry by the customer/visitor for the Selected Property on the Pop up Window. This will create a lead in the Backend on submission.

Login with Sales Manager
Inquiry will be created as CRM lead which will be done by the sales user and then on processing it will be Convert to Opportunity by clicking on the "Convert to opportunity" Button.
Login with Sales Person
After the get inquiry request from the user , the salesperson will contact customer/visitor and get more information and arrange a meeting for site location visit etc..
Create Quotation using click on the "New Quotation" button [Odoo Standard]
