  • Security Manager can Configure the security guard general question.
  • Security Manager can Configure the security guard training.

    • Process:

  • Allow to create requests for security guard requests by customers on a website.
  • System will create Lead in the backend from Customer Request from the Website.
  • Sales Manager can Create a Quotation from lead / Pipeline CRM with a security guard product.
  • Sales Manager can confirm sales orders and add a sales order line with security guards.
  • Sales managers can create shifts of guard from sales orders.
  • Security Officers can add security guards information as shown.
  • Security Officers can Add information regarding the Guard type, Recruitment, etc.
  • Security Officers can add personal details on security guards.
  • Security Officers can add guard survey details on security guards.
  • Security Officers can add Guard Training details on security guards.
  • Security Officers can add Guard Arms / Handovers details on security guards.
  • Security Officers can add Incident Reports details to security guards.
  • Security Officers can view and manage guard working timings as shown.
  • Security Officers can define the guard working schedules.
  • Recruitment Officers can Create Security Guard on Recruitment Applications.

            • If the Security Guard is not available Recruitment Officer can create Security Guard from Recruitment Application Form.

              • Role of Invoice User

            • Invoice User can Validate (Post) of customer invoice.
            • Also do other things related to Odoo standard invoice process.
