This app empowers you to effortlessly create and manage multiple subcontractor job orders, seamlessly share them with subcontractors, and provide them with a personalized portal to view and manage their tasks. By enhancing communication, tracking, and project management, it revolutionizes the way you collaborate with subcontractors, ensuring efficiency at every step.
Key Features for Effective Subcontractor Job Order Tracking:
The Project Manager can configure the Visibility privacy setting, granting subcontractors access to view job orders directly within their personalized My Account Portal.
The Project Manager can generate a comprehensive Job Cost Sheet, detailing material, labor, and overhead costs for each job order. (This feature is fully integrated within the Job Costing Management App.) For more details, please refer to the app listed below(https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/18.0/odoo_job_costing_management).
Allow the Project Manager to create multiple subcontractor job orders directly from the internal job order form using the Create Subcontractor Job Order Wizard, which facilitates the seamless selection and assignment of subcontractors to each job order. Additionally, an email notification is automatically sent to the assigned subcontractors, informing them of their newly created subcontractor job orders.
The Project Manager can add purchase order lines to subcontractor job orders and generate a request for quotation (RFQ) directly from these job orders, streamlining the procurement process and facilitating efficient vendor communication.
The subcontractor job orders will be linked to the respective subcontractors, allowing them to easily view and manage their assigned subcontracting job orders.
Access subcontractor purchases directly through the Smart Button on the Subcontractor Job, providing quick and seamless navigation to related purchase details.
The subcontractor can view subcontractor job orders in their My Account Portal, offering flexible and detailed access to tasks, project updates, and relevant details.
