Workflow:

  • Define KPI Methods (ICV Administrator):
    • KPI methods are created in the backend, specifying:
      • A calculation strategy (employee or training based)
      • Local workforce and training weightings
  • Launch ICV Score Wizard (User):
    • Users start the ICV calculation using the wizard interface.
    • The user selects:
      • KPI method
      • Reporting period
      • Company context
  • Strategy Mapping and Score Calculation:
    • The system maps the selected method to the corresponding strategy:
      • Employee ICV Calculation or Training Spend on Locals
    • It retrieves:
      • Total active workforce
      • Local employees based on nationality
