This app allows your helpdesk team to create sales quotes from helpdesk support ticket form view as shown in below screenshots.
Main Features
- Allow your helpdesk team to fill Quote Product lines and based on that allow them to create Sales Quotation using buttons given on sales order form.
- System will allow you to create multiple sales quotes for the same ticket. (Already create quote product lines will be skipped while creating the next quote).
- Showing Quote/ Sales Order reference on Ticket form.
- System passing ticket reference from Sales order to Created customer invoice.
