This app allows you to configure email notification when ticket stage changes using email template configured on stage form as shown in below screenshots.
- Auto send email notifications to the customer, followers, internal users / managers by selecting settings from the Helpdesk stages configuration.
- Allow you to set an email template to send email available helpdesk stages configuration.
- Allow you to have different email templates with your own email body and you can configure on stage form.
