Customer Diet Plan Manage for Dietitian

This app allows you to manage diet requests from your customer and visitor/guest from your website and manage it in the backend request in Odoo using the diet request team as shown in below screenshots.

• Website Request Form: Customers / Visitors of a Website can send a diet request from your website by filling out a form and submitting.
• Diet Request Unique Number: Generation of unique number/id of a diet request on submission and record it as a diet request in the backend.
• Customer Portal: Customers can check the status of all diet requests submitted by them on My Account at the Portal side of your website.
• Diet Request Backend Management: Allow the Dietitian Manager to assign the diet request to the Diet Officer and Diet team.
• Create Quotation: Allow the Dietitian Officer / Manager to create and manage quotations and send them to your customers. From sales quotation to invoice and payment you will follow odoo standard workflow of sales and invoice module.
• Create Task: Allow the Dietitian Officer to Create project tasks for diet team including dietitians and nutritions.
• Create Customer Assessment: Allow the Dietitian Officer to Create a Customer Assessment from diat request form.
• Create Appointment: Allow the Dietitian Officer to Create a Appointment from the Diet Request with customer and diet team members including dietitians doctor.
• Diet Teams: Allow your Dietitian manager to configure and manage Diet Teams.
• Diet Request Stages: Allow Dietitian manager to configure and manage diet request stages under configuration.
• Customer Assessment: Dietitian can create / edit / modify / verify the Customer Assessment Request with customer during first visit of customer with Dietitian.
• Assessment Question : Dietitian Can add the Assessment questions on Customer Assessment form using button which will add more generic questions / frequent questions on assessment form and allow them to put answers on it.
• Diet Plan : Dietitian can work on Diet Plan for customers. And give Diet plans to customers they are consulting on.
• Add Diet Template : Plan Template on Diet Plan which will be used as generic templates during diet plan creating for customers based on customer assessments.
• Create Material Requisition : Dietitian / Officer / Manages can create Customer Material Requisition on Diet Plan.
• Configuration : Allow you to configure Assessment Questions, Diet Plan Stages, Assessment Stages, Diet Request Stages, Diet teams, Goals, Diseases, Nutritions, Dietitians and Products.
• Portal / Customer : Show the diet request and diet plans on my account portal to your customers.

Role of Customer / Guest / Public User

• They can create diet requests from your websites using form.
• Customers after logged in can view submitted Diet Requests in My Account Portal of your website.



Role of Dietitian Manager

• Dietitian Managers can Assign Requests to Dietitian Officers and Dietitian Team.
• Dietitian Managers can create a Customer Assessment , Sale Quotation, Appointment and Create Task from the diet request.
• Discuss with Customers using open chatter or meetings.
• Print Pdf Report of Diet Request.

Role of Dietitian Officer

• Dietitian Officers can create a Customer Assessment , Sale Quotation, Appointment and Create Task from the diet request.
• Discuss with Customers using open chatter or meetings.
• Print Pdf Report of Diet Request.

Role of Dietitian / Nutritionist / Diet Doctor

• Dietitians can see and manage Diet Requests assigned by the Dietitian Manager.
• Dietitian can work on a diet plan. Add the day lines on the diet plan. Create the Material Requisition on Diet Plan.
• Dietitian can print the Customer Assessment PDF Report.
• Dietitian create and manage Plan Templates for customer Diet Plan which can be used on diet plan form.
• Dietitian and nutritionist are persons who are responsible for the full diet plan of the customer.
