This module introduces a new Contracts menu within the My Account section, facilitating Customers in conveniently accessing their contracts. Customers can electronically sign their contracts through the Accept and Sign button available in the Contract Form View. Furthermore, the View Details button provides the option to print or download comprehensive reports of their contracts. On the backend, a functionality for Contract Managers to e-sign contracts has been established, enabling them to sign documents directly from the backend. The signed contract is subsequently included in the report, thereby ensuring a thorough and efficient contract management process for both Customers and Contract Managers.
Main Features:
- My Account Portal Contracts Menu:
- A new Contracts menu has been added to the My Account portal.
- This menu allows Customers to access and view their individual contracts.
- The user friendly interface enables easy navigation and contract visibility directly from the portal.
- Electronic Signature Feature:
- From the contract form view, Customers can click on the Accept and Sign button to electronically sign their contracts.
- This feature ensures a smooth and digital signing process, eliminating the need for physical paperwork.
- Contract Report Generation:
- Customers can view detailed reports of their contracts by clicking the View Details button from the contract form view.
- This functionality allows Customers to easily print or download the contract reports for reference or record keeping.
- Backend Contract Manager Signature
- On the backend, a Contract Manager can also sign contracts through an esignature feature implemented for managers.
- This provides the flexibility for Contract Managers to electronically approve contracts directly from the backend without the need for physical intervention.
- The backend also captures and stores the Contract Managers signature securely for contract validation.
- Display of Signed Contracts:
- Once the contract has been signed (both by the Customer and the Contract Manager), the signed contract is displayed on the report level.
- This ensures that the signed contract is visible to both Customers and Contract Managers for full transparency and confirmation.
Workflow:
- Contract Manager Reviews the Contract:
- The Contract Manager accesses the contract in the backend interface of the system.
- The Contract Manager reviews the contract details and prepares to provide their approval.
- The Contract Manager clicks the Signature button inside the signature tab to provide their e-signature, formally approving the contract.
- The backend captures the Contract Managers signature and stores it securely in the system.
- Customer Accesses the My Account Portal:
- The Customer logs in to their account on the website.
- Upon successful login, the Contracts menu will be displayed in the My Account section of the portal.
- Viewing Contracts:
- The Customer clicks on the Contracts menu.
- A list of the Customers contracts is displayed, showing contract titles, statuses, and other relevant information.
- The Customer selects a specific contract from the list to view the contract details.
- Electronic Signing of Contract:
- The Customer is presented with the contract in a form view with relevant contract details.
- The Accept and Sign button is visible on the form.
- The Customer clicks on Accept and Sign to electronically sign the contract.
- Once clicked, the system records the Customers electronic signature, and the contract is marked as signed.
- Viewing and Printing the Contract Report:
- The Customer can view additional details of the contract by clicking the View Details button.
- This opens a detailed contract report where the Customer can review all terms, conditions, and other contract-related information.
- The Customer can choose to print or download the report for their records.
- Displaying Signed Contracts:
- After both the Customer and the Contract Manager have signed the contract, the signed contract is updated in the system.
- The final, signed contract is now displayed on the contract report.
- Both the Customer and the Contract Manager can view the signed contract in the Contracts section, ensuring full transparency and record-keeping.
