This module allows users to create and manage job cost sheets for training courses in Odoo. It enables linking each cost sheet to a specific course and recording associated material labour and overhead expenses. Users can define batch size for reference and view the total cost of delivering a course. A smart button on the course form provides quick access to its related job cost sheet which helps organizations plan and track training expenses efficiently.
Main Features:
- Link Job Cost Sheets to Courses:
- Each job cost sheet is directly associated with a specific training course.
- This makes it easy to manage and retrieve cost data relevant to that course.
- Define Material, Labour, and Overhead Costs:
- Users can enter cost line items under three categories Material, Labour, and Overhead to capture all expenses involved in conducting the training.
- Batch Size Reference:
- Each cost sheet includes a batch size field to indicate how many employees or trainees the costing is planned for, helping in cost comparison across different group sizes.
- Automatic Total Cost Calculation:
- The system automatically calculates the total cost by summing all cost lines, giving a clear view of the overall training expense.
- Smart Button on Course Form:
- A smart button is added to the training course form, allowing users to quickly access the related job cost sheet without needing to navigate through menus.
- Cost Tracking and Planning:
