This module helps manage project BOQs with ready to use templates for Materials, Labours, and Overhead. BOQ lines are filled automatically from templates, and users can generate quotations directly. A clean tab based layout makes BOQs easy to review, and both Manager and Customer signatures are stored on the Signature tab. Customers can view, sign, and download BOQs from their portal, including a PDF report with all details and approvals.

• BOQ Template Management
• Create estimate templates with categorized tabs for Materials, Labours, and Overhead. Templates streamline BOQ creation by allowing predefined structures to be reused across multiple projects.
• BOQ Creation from Templates
• Use the Use Template button on the BOQ form to launch a template wizard. Automatically populate Material, Labour, and Overhead lines based on the selected template, reducing manual data entry and ensuring consistency.
• BOQ Tab Based Structure
• Manage BOQs with a clear tab based interface for Materials, Labours, Overhead, and Signatures. This structure helps organize cost components for better visibility and control.
• Quotation Generation from BOQ
• Generate sale quotations directly from the BOQ form using the Create Quotation button. This links the BOQ with the sales process and allows seamless transition from planning to sales execution.
• Manager Signature Workflow
• Capture manager approval by opening a popup from the Signature tab. The managers signature is securely stored and displayed within the BOQ record for audit and validation purposes.
• Customer Portal BOQ Access
• Customers can log in to their My Account portal to view their associated BOQs. They can browse BOQ lists and access detailed forms with tabs for Materials, Labours, and Overhead.
• Customer Portal Signature and Acceptance
• Customers can sign and accept BOQs through the portal. A dedicated popup captures the signature, which is stored along with the BOQ. This digital acknowledgment streamlines the approval process.
• BOQ PDF Report
• A Print button is available on the customer portal view of the BOQ. Customers can generate PDF report of the BOQ, including all relevant data and signatures.
• Centralized Signature Storage
• Both Manager and Customer signatures are stored on the BOQ Signature tab, ensuring that all approvals are centralized, easy to audit, and included in reporting.
