This module helps you keep track of how much material or labour was planned for a project task and how much is still left to use. When you select a Job Cost Sheet Line (such as for a specific construction activity) on a purchase order, requisition, or timesheet, the system will automatically show the planned quantity or hours for that task. As you create more records (like purchase lines or timesheets), the system calculates the remaining amount, so you always know what is still available. This gives you a clear view of your actual usage versus what was originally planned, helping you manage costs and avoid overspending on your projects.
