This module introduces an assets focused In Country Value (ICV) KPI tracking framework that enables organizations to evaluate their capital investment localization performance. It allows configuration of KPI methods with adjustable weighting for local asset acquisition, and supports automated score calculations, result logging, and historical performance analysis, ensuring alignment with national ICV policies and industrial localization objectives.

• Administrators can define KPI evaluation methods specifically for asset investment localization.
• Each KPI method includes:
• A calculation strategy (e.g., Assets on Locals).
• A configurable weight for local asset acquisition impact on the ICV score.
• ICV Score Wizard:
• A user friendly wizard guides users through the ICV evaluation process.
• Users select:
• KPI method
• Reporting period (start and end dates)
• Company context
• The system automatically links the selected KPI method with the corresponding Assets based ICV calculation strategy.
• Automated Score Calculation:
• Evaluates company fixed asset records during the selected reporting period.
• Calculates:
• Total assets acquired
• Local assets acquired (based on location: local vs. foreign)
• Local assets percentage
• Applies the defined KPI weighting to compute:
• Local assets score
• Total ICV score from the asset dimension
• Result Logging and Review:
• All evaluation results are saved in the ICV Result History model.
• Each result record includes:
• Reporting period
• KPI method used
• Total and local asset values

Workflow:

• Define KPI Methods (ICV Administrator):
  • Define KPI methods under ICV KPI settings.
  • Select strategy: Assets on Locals
  • Assign a weight (e.g., 0.7) for local asset contribution.
• Launch ICV Score Wizard (User):
  • Launch the wizard to perform an ICV evaluation for a specific time period and company.
  • The user selects:
  • KPI method
  • Reporting period
  • Company context
• Strategy Mapping and Score Calculation:
  • The system maps the selected method to the corresponding strategy.
  • It retrieves:
  • Asset records with acquisition dates in the selected period.
  • Identifies which assets are marked as local.
  • It calculates:
  • Total value of all acquired assets
  • Total value of local assets
  • Local asset percentage
  • Local asset score using KPI weight
  • Total ICV score from asset component
• Store and Review Results:
  • Results are saved in the history log (ICV Result History).
